About Us

Berridge Primary and Nursery School is a large, split-site school with one headteacher and one governing body. Children aged 3 -7 years (EYFS and KS1) attend the Bobbers Mill Site and children aged 7-11 years (KS2) attend the Brushfield Site which is a 10-minute walk away. We have many children with English as an additional language. Our school is an exciting and stimulating place to be and there is never a dull moment.    

About your role

Some of our activities involve:   " Working in the classroom with small groups/individual children aged from 3 - 11 years  on set activities " Hearing children read individually " Help set up activities/make games, etc  

Commitment

 

A minimum of 1/2 day (3 hours) each week for a minimum commitment of 1 term.

- You will then be asked to come in for an informal meeting, you will have a tour around the school and an induction and will help you find a role suitable for you within the school.

There is ongoing support available from your class teacher and the Head Teacher.
