Mindfullness Munching with Mussoc
Every alternate weekend we will be hosting a lunch hour from 12pm-1pm via Microsoft Teams. We're encouraging members to bring their favourtie snacks and beverages to enjoy our first virtual wellbeing cafe. Our welfare officer will be hosting each call and committee will also be there. Members are encouraged to join just for a catch up and to keep in contact with people, make new friends, discover new music etc! We want to make sure our members have something to look forward to and a way of discussing any wellbeing issues or just for a friendly chat if they're bored / struggling with lockdown etc.
