Squash is a sport that is inclusive to all. Join one of our BUCS teams, become a social player, or play in our weekly IMS or Engage sessions. If you have never played before there is an opportunity for you!
The University of Nottingham Squash Club is the most successful squash club in the UK. We have 5 men's teams and 5 women's teams making us the largest squash participation University.
Our large number of members means that we also have great socials! We are very focused on creating a friendly environment for all playing abilities with something for everyone.
Our IMS programme is ideal if you want to play squash without the competitive element of BUCS. Our IMS officer organises box leagues with weekly matches with players of a similar standard.
Our Engage session runs weekly, all that you need is a pair of none-marking trainers. If you have a racket then please bring it but we have equipment for all to use! Sessions are £3 per week or free with a David Ross Sports Membership!
Our BUCS teams train multiple times each week - times and days to be confirmed once our teams are decided!
All of our clubs and societies are run by a committee.
A committee is a team of people that lead, organise and publicise a group within your Students’ Union.
It can be really rewarding as well as being a great way to gain experience and invaluable skills for your future career.
