About Dharma Medical Association
Dharma Medical Association (DMA) is a society that aims to support students throughout their journey at medical school and represents individuals of dharmic backgrounds.
We organise a range of different events, from academic advice to welfare and socials. In the past for instance, we have organised a couple of meet and greet evenings which has been an excellent way to build a strong network of connections with students across all year groups.
As well as this, we organise specific informative sessions where students in older year groups share their tips & advice on a particular topic - whether that be on learning anatomy, revision strategies, OSCE workshops or even mock viva.
We are a very open and friendly society, and really look forward to welcoming our new members!
Committee
All of our clubs and societies are run by a committee.
A committee is a team of people that lead, organise and publicise a group within your Students’ Union.
It can be really rewarding as well as being a great way to gain experience and invaluable skills for your future career.
