Data protection and privacy
You’re at the heart of everything we do – after all, we’re a membership organisation, so it’s important that we can help you – our members – make the most of your time here at Nottingham. This includes making sure your personal information is safe when we use it.
The way we manage and process your personal data is governed by the Data Protection Act 2018, which is the UK’s implementation of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). We also employ staff, look after volunteers, work with suppliers and have customers visit our shops and services, so the information on this page us for these people too.
Sometimes, we might need to send you information that’s relevant to you, or that we think might interest you. We’ll only send it if it’s essential and there’s a legitimate reason for you receiving it.
